I'm Rosha Major, a seasoned professional with experience spanning over 27 years within two Fortune 500 companies. As a creative and purpose-driven individual, I have dedicated my career to the relentless pursuit of improvement, both for myself and those I work with.

Currently, I serve as a Program Manager at Edward Jones, where I help to lead two large-scale coaching and training programs. My strength lies in collaborating with leadership and key stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive measurable impact.

My professional journey extends beyond corporate boundaries. As an independent contractor with the Urban League Women’s Business Center, I delivered courses for minority small business start-ups. Through training and one-on-one coaching, I helped entrepreneurs build the right mindset, access resources, and develop strategies to launch, grow, and sustain thriving businesses.

I am driven by the desire to help organizations and individuals unlock their full potential, cultivating their strengths to perform at the highest level.

I believe how we show up in the world should be reflective of our gifts and talents, and the careers we choose is not just a job, but how we align with those skills and share them with the world. My goal is to leave every person, organization, job, and assignment better than I found them.

I’ve also earned my Series 7 and 66 licenses and am currently pursuing CFP® certification. With a Master's Degree in Creative Writing and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing, I bring a unique blend of creativity, financial experience, and business acumen to my work.

While I have held many “titles,” my favorite is wife and mother. When I’m not working, you can find me immersed in a book or podcast, volunteering, enjoying creative date nights with my hubby, traveling, or spending time with my family.
