Planned, coordinated, and facilitated a comprehensive training program for 700 Coaches. The training process includes both in-person and virtual sessions, with a distribution of 500 coaches participating in face-to-face sessions and 200 coaches engaging virtually.

Recognized inefficiencies in processes that created delays and limited responsiveness to stakeholders. By leveraging relationships across the firm, identified and partnered with the right resources to deliver a streamlined reporting solution.
