Planned, coordinated, and facilitated a comprehensive training program for 700 Coaches. The training process includes both in-person and virtual sessions., with a distribution of 500 coaches participating in face-to-face sessions and 200 coaches engaging virtually. The key focus is to create effective training materials and sessions that equip the coaches with the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure their success in their roles.
